As some of you know I have moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to Hazleton, PA. Today was my first day out taking photos and I think it was a great day. I was on my way back from one of the Hazleton Stations and found this gem just down from where I live.

The rig is for sale if you want me to get the number let me know and I will.

Hey does anyone have a list of the stations and equipment for the Hazleton, PA area. I have driven by several fire houses the past few days. Trying to get the lay of the land. And does anybody know what their thoughts are on Fire Buffs.

On Sunday May 19, 2019, the Tri-State Firefighter's Meet was held on the shore of Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg in Webster, Massachusetts.  A good turnout of apparatus as well as many interesting items at the flea market. (All photos can be clicked on for larger images)

Providence, RI-Double fatal MVA-5/5/19-Reservoir Ave and Elmwood Ave
Posted by: edburke - 05-05-2019, 05:01 AM - Forum: Fire Scene Photos - Replies (2)

I took a few days off this week, went down to NYC and buffed but had no luck, spent Friday night in Providence but caught nothing and spent Saturday night in Providence.  I was about to head home when companies were stilled out for a car into a house, so I started that way.  As I was pulling up, Engine 11 was sent for a car into a pole on Elmwood Ave.  I didn't think much about it and continued into the car into the house, which turned out to be not much at all.  As I was driving away from that scene, Fire Alarm updated Engine 11 that police were requesting a "rush," to which their reply was that they were on scene.  They updated 2 unconscious patients about 30 seconds later and reported a traumatic arrest within 2 minutes of that.  As I was pulling up about 4 minutes later, they updated that they had a second traumatic arrest.

Anyone else hearing stories that Philly has refused several new TDA's?  I'm hearing a few stories as to why but was hoping someone with better intel here could chime in.  Also conflicting reports that the contract is being terminated vs. the rigs are being returned to be repaired / altered to satisfy the city.
