This is my new addition a 1937 American LaFrance 400 from West Orange New Jersey. I am going to do a frame up restoration on her and I will add more photos later. It has a Waukesha 145 6 cylinder engine in it not original but the WOFD put it in in the 40s or 50s so I was told. This truck is pretty muck complete with all of the tools that it came with in 1937 I am going to keep it this way.

The first photo is how it looked when the previous owner had it.

Any progress on this baby??

1937 American Lafrance 400 - Guest - 03-13-2009

Yes I have been doing some work on it hopefully it should be running in 2-3 weeks. I have the engine painted and I am in the process of getting it back together. I have started to take the pump and front of the cab/firewall apart. It is coming along but it would be nice to have warm weather to stay so I can get alot more done.
