So, I'm taking a lead from a couple of my heroes, the Shoop boys, Senior and Junior, and just making a topic where I'll post most of my photos for your viewing pleasure or ignoring option.

I'll start with yesterday and continue from there. First up is this 1971 ALF/Gator found in a truck parkinglot in West Palm Beach, FL. All I know is that it carries ALF#7-16-71 and has a 1250 gpm pump. It appears to have come from Melbourne, FL but was most recently used by a sign company in South Florida.

Any help on the other details would be appreciated.

It's posted in some of the other topics but I'm sticking it here too. This is a 1961 Pirsch belonging to Buddy Yarbrough of Palm Beach County, FL Fire-Rescue. He's currently refurbishing the rig and will soon have it lettered for the FOOLS organization. It has an 85' ladder, a small unknown size pump and tank and carries Pirsch#2499. He thinks it came originally from Houston, TX and then from Nashville, TN.

Any help with the other details would be appreciated.

I visited Delray Beach, FL Fire-Rescue's Station 1 and found them to be having some work done on the bay doors so all the trucks were outside sitting pretty in the sun. Although not in the most perfect of positions, I took advantage of what I had.

First up was this 1991 International/Southern Coach 500/600 as Brush 1.

Next is Delray Beach Rescue 1, a 2006 International/Horton.

Delray Beach's Quint 1 carries Pierce Job#16374 and is a 2005 Dash 1250/500/55'.

Last for the day is one of 8 new rescues being put in service by Palm Beach County, FL Fire-Rescue. Rescue 33, the first one put in service is a 2008 International/Horton. We were used to the Freightshakers with high-top cabs so these new low-top Internationals look kinda funny to me.

I remember a topic somewhere about commercial rigs built by Federal/E-One. I couldn't find the topic but came across this crane looking critter in West Palm Beach, FL the other day. It was locked up and had no information plates on it so I don't have any info to offer.

Any ideas?

I'm looking for any information you experts out there can offer on this one. I found it in Palm Beach Gardens, FL at the Quarterdeck Restaraunt. All I was able to find is that it's a 19-- American LaFrance 750 GPM with ALF #L5479. Any ideas?

Palm Beach County, FL Fire-Rescue just got 3 of these new 2008 Ford F350/Reading squads. They are staffed by EMS Captains. They are the first of their type in the department with chevrons on them.
