Here is a question, how does one tell if it has a "HEMI" under the hood or not with out looking?

I personally know of only one (so far) in service in Ontario with a "Hemi", the rest are V-6 powered...

Thanks, John[/quote]

There's no real way to tell unless you do what our department did... we "convinced" the dealership to affix the civilian factory "HEMI" emblems to the front fenders. Saves answering the question every time someone asks... we just point to the emblem and smile....

That'll work <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Hysterical' />

Although the quick easy visual guide for everyone is that the Hemi cars have dual exhaust, where the 3.5HO V-6 cars have the single exhaust

You're right James.. my bad... I forgot about the lack of duals on the V6 versions.... just too used to hearing the duallies on my sled sing to me as I chase down import tuners with ease.... <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/machinegun.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Machinegun' />

Quite possibly one of the best paint schemes I've seen in a long time. Perfect fit for the Charger.

NEWS FLASH.......Anyone who travels Rt 295 in Rhode Island, beware of the MARKED Rhode Island State Police Charger. I saw it this morning coming off shift as I passed the sneaky ******* hiding in the weeds northbound at Farnum Pikes overpass. Its painted in the traditional RISP battleship grey with a spec LED bar and a bull of a push bar. I was told there are atleast 2 of them marked and 6 unmarked plus a Chrysler 300 Hemi in the RT 4 South County area.
