Mack B's were built until 1966.
Less than 1000 B's were built
Mack also built the C model after 1957
Providence RI C-85 Nov-1957 was the first Mack C

This rugged classic went into service the summer of 1972 and will be retired and disposed of upon the arrival of a new Rosenbauer pumper in 2013.
