Hard to tell by the picture but this truck is very tall and short. From what we were told was that the contender is really developed to be one length and is designed to usually be no more then a 1,000 gallon tank but being we were replacing a truck that was a 1,500 gallon tank this is what we got. The ladder rack is also another problem as when it comes down it comes out almost 6-7 feet from the side of the truck. Not very user friendly at all and very underpowered

East Branch FD is in Delaware County.

Yes it does. And those traffic light arms are common in New Jersey but in most of upstate NY I've usually seen the lights just hung from cables. BTW, I wonder where that pic was taken because I'm quite sure that's not East Branch in Delaware County, a very small place on the Delaware River's East Branch and just off NY 17 / Future I-86.
