Thanks for posting these. I have quite a few of the same ones in my collection. Most that I saw were taken by John Schmidt with a couple by Tom Bair, and I think I even saw one that was by Denis Gardner. Did Lou Kelter take the unposed rigs? I have seen those photos before, but never could figure out who had taken them.

I know in either January or June 08 (I can't recall on which trip to Pierce I saw it), this unit was at the Pierce factory in Appleton, WI. What caught my attention other than it was a Seagrave sitting at a Pierce facility, was the fact that it didn't have an aerial device on it. I wonder what aerial work they did on it.

If you look under the officer side headlights, there is a door. This is where the softsleeve was stored.
