When in Cheshire it was on a Maxim F, don't recall exactly the year but believe it was a 1976. I am not sure if the body is a 76 or was done later on. I believe Cheshire parted with it around 2004 and Gowans Knight (local small fire apparatus builder in CT) remounted the body for Newtown shortly after. RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 09-17-2018 Sandy Hook,Connecticut runs this Pierce Arrow XT pumper. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 09-17-2018 Sandy Hook also runs this Spartan/Rescue 1(?) and a picture of a plague on the station wall with the names of the 26 people who lost their lives in the shooting which was at the school behind the station. They also have 26 stars on the roof of the station. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 09-17-2018 Found this Duplex/Pierce along the road in Maine marked for Swan Island. The trip totaled 22 days and 3600+ miles and I shot about 300 rigs.
