That is Melrose Ladder 2, the former Ladder 1, it has not been re-numbered yet.......

Thanks for the correction, I couldn't find any other information about it beyond it being called the spare ladder(rather than "Ladder 2") on the union site...

It was in service or about to go in service for Tower 1, for how long they were using it though I have no clue...

I have no clue where it was but it wouldn't be the first time that we have had both front line ladders out of service at the same time for repairs requiring an out of town spare to be borrowed...
