<img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hysterical.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Hysterical' /> A few notes about some of Herr Floyds pics - the "slappers" shot is great! Where's a weed whacker when you need one? Look like a bunch of chickens scratchin' tho.

I believe the P-ville Pirsch is a 1965.

I have th W. Pat. Hahn as being from Rifle Camp VFC #3 1250/500 1982

I strongly suspect that the Elwood Ford is a Great Eastern/Oren.

The Fieldsboro WLF was photographed at the Riverside NJ VFD parade in June 1992. (A good example of a sunny-side parade shot!)

We found the IH/ALF rig and the FordC/Bruco behind it, behind a public-works building somewhere on a back road between I-295 and the famous Olympia Dairy Bar, on RT. 40 east of Carney's Point. The IH served a huge Dupont plant, and the Ford C/Bruco was xCarney's Point VFD. Both were pretty well stripped and obviously awaiting disposal. We were on our way back from a Memorial Day weekend Philly Bus tour when this find capped the day...sometime in the mid-90's. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Blink' />

I was in that Riverside NJ parade back in June 1992. It was to celebrate Riverside's 100th Anniversary. And you're right about it being sunny and HOT that day. Went to my friends house after the parade and jumped in his pool!

And on closer examination of the picture i realize that the 2 buildings in the background are the Lankenau Funeral Home in Riverside, who my father works for on the side..........pretty funny!

Man, nobody can say that you're a man of few words, Warren! Seriously though, your information is greatly appreciated by myself and others. What kind of things from the south jersey region do you have that you can share with us? South Jersey apparatus, especially things from Burlington County are my main area of interest, so anything you have would be great.

Thanks!
