A513B from Dale City. One of four ambulances (A502, A506, A510, A513) staffed during the day by the Career staff. Dale City has a couple new ambulances on order on a Ford chassis, should look good. Utility 513 also from Dale City. Dale City operates stations 10, 13, 18, and 20 in Prince William County. Stations 4 and 24 used to be run by the Gainesville District Volunteer Fire Dept., operations were turned over to the County several years ago due to financial issues. Station 6 in Coles District is the other station run by the County, operations were officially taken over last year. The apparatus is in the process of being re-lettered. Engine and Tanker are staffed 24/7, and the ambulance is staffed during the day. A506B is one of two similar units. This Pierce used to be run as a rescue engine. The extrication equipment has been removed and it is now E515B. Brush 515 recently had metal brush guards added that run around the truck. Similar units run by M503, M507, M511, M512, and M514. M504 and M520 have units about to be delivered, and M508 and M524 have units on order. All units have power-cots, while two of them (M511 and M517) have the power-load system; it's an awesome system. Rear view of the new units.
