Cotton, North Carolina runs a Velocity rescue and this Arrow XT pumper. I liked the notched roof for their light tower similar to that of an aerial.

Found out that Sutphen has their chassis plant in Springfield , Ohio so I had to look it up. Not a large facility but several chassis were sitting outside.
