Nate,

My experience has been to re-size your photos to 640 x 480, that way they aren't too small or too large.....All of my Clark Martin photos scanned at twice that size, but the ones I post here on FP, I change to 640/480.

Try Fotosizer. down load from the internet. It will do a whole file at once

I grew up in the original FS16 when they ran a 2-piece Wagon and Engine company. Back then it was a FIREHOUSE. The current FS16 was built in the 90's. It was designed to "aesthetically fit in with the town"... gag.

Reserve E\-One. To the best of my knowledge any units operating one of these models has since been replaced by one of the 1st or 2nd batch of Velocity's.

It looks more like a store of some sort on the left side than a firehouse........

Are there anymore more vollies at Co 19 or is it all career?

Fairfax County VA - Guest - 03-01-2012

Trey, from all I have heard the older vollies just do bingo and that's it. At one point they had one "EMS Only" woman who rode the Medic occasionally. When I volunteered in eastern Prince William County (and the county was hammered with calls) I always enjoyed working with the Medics from 19 when they provided mutual aid to us. During a recent photo stop at FS19 the guys were great as well. Very friendly and hospitable.

Former Rescue Squad 11. At the time of this photo it was still in the reserve pool. I often saw it running as RS421 - along with Hazmat 434's old Coke Truck rig in tandem. Apparently the Hurricane couldn't hold all the gear their regular rig could alone.

Former Rescue Squad 426, which was replaced by a Pierce Dash (which now runs as RS414). I also have (along with 11's ex-hurricane) pics of this unit running as RS421 along with 34's old Coke truck.
