IH/E-One was a reserve and the Contender Engine was running as a truck company as their first line had to return to E\-One for repairs. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-04-2021 Some more from Tupelo, Impel engine and an Enforcer quint. Not a fan of the black out look but this one was different and I kind of liked it.I was told that once the E\-One returns the Pierce quint has to return to the factory for repairs as well. Guess they don't make them like they used to! Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-04-2021 Verona, Mississippi runs this HME/Central States engine Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-07-2021 Our wandering vacation took us to Laurel, Mississippi where the HGTV program "Hometown" is filmed and where I found a Pierce pumper and a Ferrara quint. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-07-2021 A quick stop in Hattiesburg, Mississippi found a Ferrara quint and a new Pierce Enforcer pumper in the local college colors. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-07-2021 We spent the night in Slidell, Louisiana and in the morning I found one station demolished and another one empty before finding this Pierce from the St. Tammany Parrish and these statues about town. Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-14-2021 Our next stop was Gulfport, Mississippi home of this E -One Quest quint and an antique behind the station Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 11-14-2021 Gulfport's newest unit is this E - One quint which I caught before leaving on a call Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 12-26-2021 More vacation pics, next up is this E\-One engine from Biloxi, Mississippi Terry RE: Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 12-26-2021 From what I was told a Battalion Chief started a fire museum in a old station and these are parked out side 1981 Duplex/Pierce not sure of the other Terry |
