You are correct. I spent alot of time in that old 'Scope. It's still around in a neighboring county. Interesting note - all3 FD's that have owned it - West Trenton, South Lynches, and Clarendon - all operate white apparatus.

That was the first scope that had a pump on it.

Did Baker or Mack build this rig that way, or was the pump added on the re-furbing ??

It was built and delivered by Mack with a Pump, and was the first Aerialscope with this option. <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/3_12_21.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='3_12_21' /> <img src='http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/stirpot.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Stirpot' />

Loudoun County, Virginia's first training engine was this 1981 ALF with a rehab by JC Moore in 1990. 1250/750. Serial number CE7130.

Ex FDNY E-250 and Spare engine.

It is currently owned by the Monroe Technology School in Leesburg, Virginia (they received it in2006).

There are "rumors" about this truck being rehabed.

Chatham, Virginia is located between Danville and Lynchburg.

They operated this Mack CF aerialscope as their Ladder 21.

It was a 1970 Mack CF600/Baker 75' with serial number 1128.

Ex- FDNY L107 and L164. MT7103.

Replaced with a Pierce ladder several years ago and from what I understand the Mack is now privately owned outside of Virginia.

Former FDNY Ladder 31's (Yep...THAT Ladder 31!) Mack Arielscope was purchased by Petersburg Va., where it was in service as Truck 2 for years.
Here is Petersburg's Trk2, but the cab does not not look the same as the one in Mike Sanders post of the Grundy rig?

Ex-FDNY Haz Mat unit, now serving as the Haz Mat Unit for Putnam County, NY. Best photo I have it, hoping to get something better when the chance arises.

FYI, My FD (Yarmouth, MA Cape Cod) bought former L-49, 1974 RM Seagrave in 1986 and had it refurbed. We had her until 2004, was sold to Rochester, MA FD. If you go to www.capecodfd.com , yyou will photos of the Ladder.

I don't know who put the pump on it. But i do know after they had it a while, the frame sagged and it had to be sent out to re-enforce it. The pump was installed when purchased new.
