54 and 258 received 2003 Models. 26 Engine received one the following year, classed as a 2004 model. Another was built and lettered up in FDNY graphics, used in the tv show "Third Watch", and as a demonstrator for Ferrara. I believe it was recently purchased by Pelham, NY.

Russell, check out post 1458 in the ambulance thread. It is one of St. Luke Roosevelt's Fraziers.

Thanks!

I read on another board that Ferrara was awarded 20 rear mounts, and if they are accepted, or if they work out, FDNY will order another 10 units. That same person, stated that apparently no company other than Ferrara bid on the new Rescue's...

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I herd the samething about the Rescue's

I hope Ferrara knows what they are getting in too. Nothing bad. The FDNY is a BIG customer

F.D.N.Y. - jma02 - 10-02-2009

We have a Ferrara walk in Rescue and have a ton of body problems. Cracks in welds and the body as well as the rear walk in doors falling off. I just think if FDNY had problems with the Eone's cracking they are going to be really disappointed with Ferrara. Just my honest opinion........[Image: computer.gif]
