Where is the siren (Fed Q or Electronic) on this rig?

Hard to tell but it looks like its a Federal 184 (?) with a siren speaker integrated into the base of the beacon ray.

Virginia apparatus - miscellaneous - VFN102 - 04-23-2011

Richmond didn't use Federal Q2B's back then Chris, and SrFireOfficial is correct the siren speaker is part of the beacon ray.

These rides didn't have Q's. The electronic speaker was the base of the 184 light.

The Q2 wasn't out yet in 1971.
