I'll bet this was once the property of the "Rock River" Fire District, I'll see if I can find my old book to get the exact name. Their area was the land around the Rockford Airport/Camp Grant area where Rockford Station 7 now is, where the first photo of this rig is in front of.

This one went on to serve Harlem Roscoe for a short while. It was not reliable at that point, and I believe stranded some folks in the bucket at one point...
