F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 11-15-2009 F.D.N.Y. - Russell - 11-28-2009 I have a question. The two new Ferrara/Spartan Collapse Rescue rigs, number 3 and 5. Does this mean Staten Island is getting a collapse rig, and is Rescue 3's Collapse rig, the 1995 Supervac being replaced? Thanks in advance. THey would respond with manpower and handle assist with calls like collapses at the time.
