Is this a county owned or Falls Church owned rig?

Front line Engine and Truck 106 are owned by the City of Falls Church. A small percentage of funding for their purchase was provided by Arlington County and the rigs were built very close to the ACFD specs with some minor changes (pump panel on E106, no tank or pump on T106). It is my understanding that the City of Falls Church would like to have their apparatus incorporated into the ACFD apparatus replacement cycle which may result in some changes and modifications to what they operate now. Also, City of Falls Church owns all the equipment (hose tools etc) carried on that apparatus.

Great shots, what type of camera and setings do you use.

Sorry for the delay my friend! I shoot with a Nikon D90. Most of my editing is done on Flickr.

Hope that helps! Stay safe!

Had some errands to run near Woodbridge so I caught up with Fairfax FS41 and OWL Company 12. MANY thanks to all crews who were exceeding friendly and accommodating. Thanks again!

The Holly Grove VFD in Louisa County, VA has quite an assortment of rigs, including a pumper, deuce-and-a-half brush truck, Jeep brush truck, one of the few tractor-drawn tankers in the state, a tower ladder, and their newest addition to the fleet, this 1995 Spartan/4-Guys that formerly served Manchester, NH as the hazmat rig.

Thanks to John Galla for a picture of it in Manchester.

This rig was not really the Haz/Mat company. All though it was lettered that way it was run as the only Heavy Rescue in Manchester. It was the second apparatus assigned to the Company. It replaced a 1985 Ford C-Series that was refurbished as the spare Rescue and main purpose was MASK Services.

Cool to see this rig is still alive and well. It saw 100's of fires and tech rescue jobs in Manchester, NH
