Rolla is a career fire department between St. Louis and Springfield on I-44. They have two fire houses. Rolla painted it lime green. Rolla has since returned to the proper color of Red with newer purchases. Thanks for posting. The 4 sections are for drafting. You need two sets of hoses for each inlet. When they get pump tested they use the Officer side inlets.
