Here's a few from Naperville before it exploded in size in the late '80's and 90's. These photos are from when the department was a 2 maybe just getting 3 station department. Now I believe they have 9 houses and around 200 personnel. John Tulipano photo's.

Here's a few more from the west suburbs of Chicago. First up is this Snorkel from the Oak Brook Terrace FPD. The original name for the district was the Butterfield FPD and sometime in the early '80's I believe they changed it to Oak Brook Terrace to better reflect the town they protected. John has this down as a Pierce but a couple of books I have including Walt McCall's call this a Darley rig. John Tulipano photo.
