I think the Pierce TDA sitting in Texas is from North Hudson Regional. I was told the it was sold to someone in Texas. The Ladder Monitor is mounted on the North Hudson Fireboat from it.

These were the last American LaFrance pieces to come out of the Neville Island service center. As soon as they were delivered the center closed. The chassis on these rigs were HME's with the ALF body.

That would be one of the Pittsburgh tillers then. When auctioned off, one went to North Bergen N.J. Later as a reserve in the North Hudson regional after the merger.

If it is in the Houston area, I bet I know who owns it. He is a retired HFD Fire Fighter/Paramedic who owns a ton of rigs. If it is Chuck, I'll pass on the specifics of what his intentions are, what he paid, etc.

19 Engine at a 5 alarm fire in East Liberty November 1990. It was one 6 of the Brockway/Maxims purchased in 1978. Behind it is 18 Truck, a 1977 Seagrave that was painted the Ohama Orange color.

Same fire, this was a triangular 3 story building. On this side is A-2, an American LaFrance tiller, a 1978 Century.

This photo shows 19 Engine and 18 Truck to the right. Hitting head on is 7 Truck, a 1987 Pierce 105' rearmount. To the left is 14 Truck, one of the Pierce tillers. And A-2 in the background.

This shot shows 12 Engine, an R-Model Mack beside A-2. 12 Eng. had a couple 1.5" handlines to the 3rd floor, via A-2's aerial

This is the rear of 18 Engine. It was ready to supply 19 Engine and 18 Truck. This was one of the original 13 Dash engines delivered in 1986. In June of 1992, 18 Engine and Truck were replaced by a 1992 American LaFrance quint.

MAC 1, a 1989 Chevy that served as the Mobile Air Compressor, MAC. This was recently replaced by a KME on an International chassis.

It was alot better than what they had before that. The red gear came in the early 80's. And you are right, todays gear looks better.

Originally placed in service with Engines 8, 24, 30, 32. As Mike stated, one still at 12 Engine, and maybe another one at 20 also, not 100% sure.

Two of the 1993 ALF 1750/500 engines remain in service as stated. Engine 12, and 20. Within the next year or two I can see them being replaced.
