Terry,

The tanker you are unsure about was built for the Wilburton Fire Co. in PA. and was built by KME.

Thanks for the info sir! It was a case of too many trucks and not enough time.

Just to let you guys know the big Baltimore County 125th Anniversary Parade is tomorrow as well in Towson.

Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 04-27-2007

Bruce I will be at Glick's tomorrow and thanks to Mr. Shoop for the info on the Towson parade but I would rather see 15 new Pierces than the Baltimore County stuff as I see it all the time.

Thanks to both!!!

1988 PemFab/FMC

1500/500

7375 is the FMC production number.

Thanks Dave!

Pemfab was a guess and there was no one outside so I did not open anything up to look for any other numbers.

Terry;

You got part of your wish....

We just got notice from Appleton... THE SABER LIVES ON!

The Saber has been returned to the chassis line-up for sale with 2007 Engines. It only made sense to keep the SABER since the Custom Contender was based off the same cab shell and chassis.

I wouldn't look for the DASH or LANCE to return, but at least the ARROW-XT and the SABER will continue the "Ford" windshield family line.

See you at the Ocean,

Tim W.

So the Saber stays? Awesome, great decision by Pierce.

Terry's Tid Bits II - dawson_fire - 05-11-2007

Thanks for the news Tim! I can keep on hoping but I believe you are right that the other three are gone short of a miracle.
