Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - Guest - 09-16-2009 Department of Fire Services Special Operations support unit. I think it is a 2009 Ford with a fiberglass utility body. It carries tools and a diesel cell for on scene fueling of DFS vehicles. The truck was ordered thru MHQ vehicles in Marlboro MA Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - hoss - 09-17-2009 DCR District 12 was doing some maintenance work at York Lake back on 8-25-09. 12-0 and 12-1 were both present. Becket Tanker 1 and Truck/Rescue 5 Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - KDWMAEMT - 10-01-2009 Not the best photos Ive taken, but the weather isnt the best either. At any rate, heres a few pics of Reading's new 2009 Seagrave Marauder II Engine assigned to Engine 1. It was delivered from Fleetmasters yesterday and should go in service out of HQ in the next couple weeks. Ill have better pics at another time, but these will do for now. Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - KDWMAEMT - 10-01-2009 Front end. Sticking with the theme on the other 2 Seagraves, the new engine is known as "Union Engine Co. No. 1" honoring department history. Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - KDWMAEMT - 10-01-2009 Officers side. Massachusetts Fire Apparatus - KDWMAEMT - 10-01-2009 Rear 3/4 view. The DC style hi-rise tray will be covered in the near future. Theres a custom made cover being manufactured for it as I type this. The cover will integrate the spring hinges to hold the equipment down while covering it from the New England elements. |
