Those are the speakers for a rumbler siren the low frequency bassy souding siren. They are normally mounted under the front bumper facia...why they would do that is beyond me..They are supposed to be mounted low to the ground for the desired effect.

The body work is most likely KME. This is an x U.S. Air Force fuel tanker.

I'm sure it wont be your last trip through St Lucie.... I made 2 trips to get my sunny shot of it. FYI it has a 500GPM pump on it too. Couldnt find a body plate just the oshkosh plate.
