not Chicago, but a different Illinois black over red town. It should be Elk Grove Village, IL. I compared the shot, the light in the grill is on both, as well as the front suction and very pronounced air cleaner. the body is very different, appears to have an RSI tag on the pump panel. I am awaiting confirmation on this but I am 95% sure.

You are correct, I have it in my database as Elk Gorve Village Engine 116. I will try and track down a picture of it.
