Well,
other people are... he's not. I guess Ebay found cause(gee what a surprise, how could they not!!). below is an email I recieved from one of his other victims, also a board member here. I know there are at least 3 complaints into ebay about this. The third one is a heavy one. He was contacted by our shiller and was offered a refund for a bunch of slides. if there is no guilt, there should have been no offer... this is his email to me.

No internet at home at this point, since I've moved. More slides to be listed eventually. Nothing issued by ebay!!! I've kept quiet till now, but now I can't. Privacy Policy violation Mike. I've reported it already. Hopefully they take action on you!! If you want to try and ruin somebodies reputation, then go for it. I have nothing to hide, and plenty of people backing me.

Three items listed!!! Dallas, TX rigs. Ebay has infact gotten in contact with me. I had been waiting for their verdict before posting!!
No internet at the house!! Work and Firehouse only access!! No scanner at either location to list more slides!! Currently working, so I had to relist items from before!!
I tried bidding on one of your items, and was blocked!! I figured it out after that.
I tried to fix the problem by buying it, which inturn is always the wrong decision. I sent you that text, and another individual an email.
