IIRC the Seagrave's ordered in 2003 came equipped with those sirens and so did some ambulances.

The groundbreaking of LAFD FS 4 was the first one I had been to in YEARS. They also had Engine 4, Trucks 9 and 4 with their ladders up to hang the Flag and other units from the LAPD as the complex is also going to house some of their facilities. Never did see Engine 204 though.

Truck 9 is in there new ALF Tiller I saw them heading back to quarters one afternoon in it, Just curious as to why 3's smack dab in the middle of downtown didn't get one

Thats a good question, T9 just got their new ALF, 4 and 10's got theirs awhile back and 17 got a hand me down Simon/LTI. That just leaves 3's without a new ALF
