TacSupport1, I am not busting on you by saying this but that KME Tanker from Montgomery New York that has the hose reel in the back is awful. Anyone who has worked with or seen a hose reel in use can understand when I say this that its not a pratical way of applying LDH hose in a quick amount of time. Most (Not all) Hose reels have 1 pace and that is slow....

 

I ran with 1 company that had one and it wasn't worth the space it took up in the bay.

 

But in the end this is why we are all here. We like fire apparatus and each and everyone of us has a bit different flavor. So I can appreciate why you like it Tacsupport1

Well said jknoll52 !

I should elaborate, the reel is nice because you don't have to pack up hose in a traditional sense.

And from a buffy standpoint, the rig itself, it just looks cool to me.
