The "Big Daddy" of the Louisville line was the LTL-9000.  These are fairly uncommon in the Fire Service and even more rare with a canopy cab.

I took this several years ago and am not sure if it's still in service there. Also, for whatever reason I don't have the tank size in my notes.

International (IHC, Navistar, "Cornbinder") has always been a popular brand of commercial chassis for fire apparatus.  Over the years, International has produced a wide variety of chassis models that have been used.  Teaming up with Truck Cab Manufacturers, they also had two chassis specifically designed for the Fire Service, the CO-8190 and the FTCO-2010/FCTO-2070 (which became the Hendrickson 1871S), but I classify those chassis as "semi-custom", along with Spartan, Hendrickson, PemFab, Duplex, etc., not commercial.

Model designations for Internationals are as plentiful as grains of sand on a beach, and almost as difficult to distinguish!  I'm certainly no expert on them, but I've done the best I can.  I only began recording the model numbers in recent years and I have nothing on most of my older stuff.  Most Internatioals today have a four digit model designation (4400, 4900, etc), but before the 4900 came out in 1988, there was a letter, or letters, preceeding the digits (KB-6, B-196, R-1856, S-1900, etc.).  The letter related to the cab/chassis type while the digits referenced the GVWR along with features specific for the planned use of that chassis.  For example, rigs with the last digit of 6 were designed for Fire Service use (1950's -1960's).

Similar to the S-2500 series was the S-2600 series, which differed by its setback front axle.  Many of these were S-2674's.

General Safety also liked the big Internationals.

Laurel Lake's delegation to our NJSFA convention in Wildwood has been staying in one of the many brand new condos directly across the street from the motel that's been our (Butler FD) place since 1975.

The smaller International S-1600 to S-1900 series was also popular as a commercial chassis for fire apparatus.
