Most of the pictures are not labeled on the back so I do not know if they are his or others. I was buying the albums by state and for PA there were 4 albums and than he had a list with each state of any inforamtion he had. I picked out some of the more unique ones out of the 400 plus photos. At first I was thinking this was a Snorkel product with a Pierce body on a Seagrave chassis, but some of the Pierce features didn't exist back in 1974, so I'd say refurb by Pierce. I don't recall any others using that emblem.
