Probably about 10 years ago I bought alot of a collection of photos from a guy in New York named Lou Aflalo. Most of the pictures are not labeled on the back so I do not know if they are his or others. I was buying the albums by state and for PA there were 4 albums and than he had a list with each state of any inforamtion he had. I picked out some of the more unique ones out of the 400 plus photos.

This one is a Rear Admiral with the rear steering option.

1969 Seagrave, series, canopy cab, 100 ft Rear Admiral aerial ladder, 4 wheel steering option-under 10 mph, 671 Detroit diesel, Allison 4-speed auto trans, 5 KW Onan gasoline generator, in 1983 purchased from Edina (Hennepin Co.),MN where in service as Truck 90 for $52,759, housed 8-18-84, was Seagrave demo with 85 ft ladder-Chicago was interested in 100 ft ladders only so Seagrave replaced ladder and sold to Chicago, original 85 ft ladder sold to Columbus,IN as replacement for their 1946 Seagrave’s main (ser.no.C7205 painted 12-11-46), completely refurbed by co.members under direction of member Bill Butterweck-skilled auto and truck body mechanic- repainted RW from RBL, in 1994 ladder failed certification testing, in 1995 offered for sale, in 1996 asked $10,000 obo-sold to dealer in FL or AL?





1982 Mack MS/Hackney, roll-up door rescue, in 1990 purchased from Lancaster Co.beverage dealer for $6700, rehabbed and body extended by Micro Fire Apparatus-Allentown,PA for $62,000, 8 person crew compartment added at front of body-double door access with windows, body had extremely long appearance, yellow body side Scotchlite stripe, housed 6-12-99, in 2000 offered for sale when 1986 Mack CF pumper purchased from Abington and used as rescue-pumper, sold to hazmat team in Aiken County,SC.

I would concur. Definite Pierce trademarks, but a Seagrave pump. At first I was thinking this was a Snorkel product with a Pierce body on a Seagrave chassis, but some of the Pierce features didn't exist back in 1974, so I'd say refurb by Pierce.

Looks like the Pierce "Flag Emblem" between the Tow Hooks. I don't recall any others using that emblem.
