' />[/quote]I heard the white/red had something to do with what the chief wanted at the time. After he left, it was back to the yellow color.

Thats what Station 50 crew told me. They hired a chief from San Diego who decreed that they switch to red. When the chief left they went back to 'Sunshine Yellow'.
