This is a Department of Energy contract Fire Dept but they also respond off site and are members of MABAS Div.10. Serial#E-1-8842 Illinois - photog999 - 09-03-2006 Here's another "behind the fence'' department. Fermi Lab Fire Dept in Batavia, IL protects one of the most advanced physics research labs in the world. They are also a contract dept but also respond offsite as members of MABAS 13 I believe. First is Engine 722, a 1989 Federal/E-One with a 1500 pump and 500 tank. Serial#E-1-7174 Illinois - photog999 - 09-04-2006 Fermi Lab Engine 723 was a 1981 Seagrave with a 1500 pump and 500 tank.
