The red on this made it nearly impossible to shoot properly, it is a bright, fluorescent reddish-orange... it threw my light meter way off so these pics are a bit over exposed from me trying to compensate.

The Rheems1 Photo Collection - Rheems1 - 06-24-2012

Everything looks way over exposed now that I look through them, I will try again tomorrow after I look at my pics again and see if there were better camera settings used.

Dave they all look great. Glad you were able to find grass and trees for most of your shots. Remember I am just a driver.

Well thank you all, it was the computer I was using last night.. the screen brightness and contrast must have been wwwwaaaayyyy high because all of the Grattan-Singer stuff looked bleached, the WM Walker stuff looked bleached out. It looks much better here!

It is true that I will go to great lengths to photograph stuff but I feel sort of bad not giving credit where it is due. Pat Shoop Sr. will also go out of his way to take good photographs as is evidenced here shooting at the Black Diamond Hose Co #2 of Archbald... he was shooting from the middle of the jungle to take pics of a Spartan/Elite... hats off to him!!

Borough of Archbald Fire Department

2002 Chevy Blazer

We found the chief's house while driving through town, we stopped and knocked on the door and he pulled out the apparatus of the East Side out and than went about making calls to set up the rest of the Archbald stations... we would not have gotten any of the Archbald stations without his help and it was really, really appreciated. He also drove us around to each station to make sure we found it ok and to make sure things went smoothly at each department. A huge thank you needs to be extended to him!!
