F.D.N.Y. - TacSupport1 - 08-18-2014 Ex-Tower Ladder 152 ready for scrapping F.D.N.Y. - Rollup - 08-18-2014 Quote:Ex-Tower Ladder 152 ready for scrappingLet me guess FDNY kept the bucket as a spare. F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 08-18-2014 Either that, or Brookfield knows someone needs a bucket, and cut it up before any inquiries could be made. F.D.N.Y. - TacSupport1 - 08-18-2014 FDNY Engine assigned to CTS (Chauffeur Training School) 2014 KME 2000/500 # KP14001 F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 08-24-2014 FDNY ENGINE 52 new KME in service KME15004. 2000gpm. 500 gal booster tank F.D.N.Y. - theunknowncomic - 08-24-2014 Quote:Ex-Tower Ladder 152 ready for scrappingwhat's the one in front of it F.D.N.Y. - richie101 - 08-24-2014 I can't believe fdny is buying KME F.D.N.Y. - goon16 - 08-24-2014 Lowest bidder F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 08-25-2014 More than likely it is still the Ferrara seen here: http://www.firepics.net/groupboards/index.php?showtopic=62&p=539493 F.D.N.Y. - firetdriver_99 - 08-25-2014 Quote:I can't believe fdny is buying kmeif they work out who care's I have seen some Seagrave lemmons so nobody is perfect F.D.N.Y. - southwheatland514 - 08-25-2014 EXACTLY!!! F.D.N.Y. - Roto-Ray - 08-26-2014 Let's try to keep the thread on-track, friends. Thanks. F.D.N.Y. - Guest - 08-26-2014 I saw 2 Freightliner Tankers(?) yesterday on I-80 going eastbound through the Delaware Water Gap. Fully marked for FDNY, no markings taped over or obscured in any way. My guess would be tank size of 1,500 gals. give or take a bit. Cute little things they were. Sorry no photos, got surprised by them, I was going westbound and and we were going through the "snaky" curves along the river. Trav! F.D.N.Y. - R1SmokeEater - 08-28-2014 Quote:So, I found this kind of interesting- a 2003 with the brand new lights on the roof, and rear. https://www.flickr.com/photos/triborough/10684050563/in/pool-fire_trucks/ That's actually an "old" pic. They have tested other light bars before as a trial on random rigs. When 61 was delivered it had all rotators, after a bit they were replaced by the LED bar, which then came on the new rigs at the time. F.D.N.Y. - Daniel C. Rode - 09-16-2014 According to the 10th ed. of FDNY Operational Reference, two of these units have been put into service: one for the Rail Cart Carrier and the other one for the SOC Logistics Support Unit. Quote:Shot this at the shops. Said to be a rail cart carrier. F.D.N.Y. - rescueff - 09-16-2014 So I guess I'll ask, What does the Rail Cart Carrier do and what all kind of equipment is carried on it? I've never heard of anything like it before. |
