Baltimore City Fire Department - Guest - 06-23-2007 I'm not going to argue the EMS vs FIRE issue, but let me say this: Even though I am a career Firefighter/Paramedic, I think that the "EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES" on the ladder board is the most ridiculous lettering job I have seen since we used to have "FIRE / MEDICAL SERVICE" on the side of our stars & bars wagons... I mean, really. Why don't we just list every single service we provide on the apparatus? It would certainly visible with all that extra scotchlite! The concept was abandoned for a few years and Baltimore ran straight air wagons, but the Airflex concept was brought back to life a couple of years ago. |
