I'd be willing to bet that's one of the old Six Forks FD engines from Wake County, NC.

I think Andrew is correct, it looks to be the former Engine 123 from Six Forks.

I can add some info on a few of the rigs pictured -

Asheboro L-1 1998 E\-One 1250/500/75' s.o.19315

L-2 1966 Ward LaFrance / HiRanger 1000/0/85' Refurbed in 1992

Westside R-13 2003 Pierce Dash Job No. 14328

K-16 1980 Ford C/Pierce 1000/1000 Job No. E-0681

Tabernacle E282 - This is one of 2 Mack CF/EEI's obtained from Six Forks VFD in Raleigh Which one, I'm not certain. However they were similar if not twins. Here are the numbers: (1) 1985 Mack CF/EEI 1500/1250 Mack # CFC686FC 1605, EEI # 8432

(2) 1986 Mack CF/EEI 1500/1250 Mack # CFC686FC 1645, EEI # 8487.

For what it's worth, Wake New Hope also had a pair of Mack CF/EEI's I'll see if I can come up with info on the other trucks in the post.

I would have to do some more in-depth research, but I don't think any dept in NC currently runs a Maxim. I know Marion, Balsam Grove, and Maiden ran Maxims, but all of these are long gone from active service.
