Andrew, I think this might be a match to the mini pumper in this photo I took many years ago at the Apple Blossom Parade. I have no idea where Glasgow is, Virginia or West Virginia?

Must have been one of the vollie depts in the town of Newburgh, the City never had a Hahn. will try to track it down.
