This rig also has a 300# Halon system in the first compartment. I think Goodwill added this before A-O purchased it.

Triangle FD was disbanded several years ago and the rig sold to the Gumtree FD, also in Winston-Salem. The chassis has since been given a new locally fabricated 200/300/5AF body and now responds as Brush 335.

In 2016, it was refurbed by Carolina Emergency Vehicle Systems. A 300 gallon Class A foam system was added and it now serves Grover, NC as Ladder 9.
