I just saw it today sitting outside the plant, it looks to be complete for the most part. Don't quote me on it but I believe it was numbered as 26? I should be passing by there again tomorrow, I'll find out for sure if it's still sitting out.

' />[/quote]That rumor is true. They will not have front suctions, prepiped deck guns, or a raised roof over the jump seat area. These items were eliminated to reduce the cost of the rigs. The department had to reduce the cost per unit by $38,000.00.

No deck guns on the new pumpers; its true. They will becoming with a light weight portable gun instead; dont agree taking the deck guns off. They are great on extras and put out alot more water than a portable gun. It seems they took a couple of steps backward in apparatus design with these new apparatus we shall see when they come in.

I forgot to add that the four new engines are TENTATIVELY scheduled for assignment to Engines 37, 39, 59, and 66.
