Mack towers or not? When I bought E-290 from them, they had parts off it from TL-18, IIRC it was the front grill with a big 18 on it. They told me it was old TL-18. Maybe from TL-18 to TL-155 or vice versa? Stay safe, Brothers. Keystone State Relics - Fassy - 05-20-2010 Anyone have any pictures of the old Squirt 28 (Mack CF) from Parkesburg? Keystone State Relics - Guest - 05-20-2010 Green Valley Fire Co. of North Versailles Twp was the only department in the twp to own a Mack/Baker 75'. The unit was long gone before the merge happened from what I understand. Keystone State Relics - Guest - 05-20-2010 Here she is. [/quote] That thing had a Cat 3208 motor and a Spicer 2 speed bus transmission in it, the one guy at the station said the best way to drive it is to put a brick on the accelerator... make a sandwich, pour a drink... by the time you are done eating and drinking the truck might have shifted into second gear and might be out of town. A true gutless wonder!!! Keystone State Relics - Guest - 05-22-2010 Milford PA ( Pike County ) 1976 Mack cf 750gpm - 1000gal |
