Thanks for the info and the correction! I did hear it was an Arrow XT,it was a Velocity when they were buying a quint.

Terry, any idea if this was originally an AF&R demo unit? Reason I ask, is because I had/have an old American Fire & Rescue brochure and that looks like one of the demo's they had in it right down to the lettering on the side of the box.

Yes I believe this was a demo.In later years they changed the logo to " Barlow Fire and Rescue".

I believe county politics changed their minds on the quint.From what I was told they would not have been able to run the quint as the truck when it was out of service and something about the county maintaining the unit. Long story short we'll buy a new engine.
