Currently assigned to Station 34 in Park Moab as a reserve engine for the River Battalion.

This unit was donated to the Barstow Fire Department and runs as Brush Engine 361.

Engine 10 was co-located with Engine 3580 at the old CDF Phelan Station on Sheep Creek Road. When San Bernardino County formed the County Fire Department in 1999 Engine 10 relocated to the old Station 103 in Pinion Hills. A New Station was constructed on the site of the old Station 103 and has now been numbered Station 10.
