the photoshop photo is based on Mt Vernon, NY tower ladder.

Maybe George can shed some light on this but I noticed that the Highway Slick Top has a regular NYS Official plate on it. Generally NYPD units have a white plate on it with the car number. Why does this marked unit have an official tag?
