This ALF Century 100' Ladder Chief used to run as Ladder 6 in Huntsville, AL.

Huntsville also had this ALF 1000 Series 1250/150/85' Snorkel. After years of service as Snorkel 8, it was sold to Brindlee Mountain, AL, then to a small FD in South Carolina where it was photographed by Andrew a couple months ago.

Montgomery, AL was an ALF department for many years. This 1978 Spartan I 1500/500/54' Squrt ran as Engine 2.

Montgomery Truck 6 ran this 1978 Century 102' Water Chief until recently, when it was replaced by the "new" brand in Montgomery, E\-One. This was the last ALF in frontline service.

Montgomery operated two ALF 1000 Series 85' Snorkels. Truck 5 was a 1975.

Ok, my turn to add to this topic. This is a 1929 ALF/Hale hydraulic water twoer that is now owned our club the Indianapolis Fire Buffs. When I took these shots, I had the settings wrong on my camera and therefore, they are a tad bit blurred. This is the former IFD WT13 that was in service until 1969 when it was replace with a '69 Maxim/Pierce 85' Snorkel.
