Mike
Mike - Can we say PERFECT timing - Would love to hear the fire stories from and the gambling debets that this engine owes. Chris Relics - bige1998 - 08-29-2007 Found this International/Maxim on Route 17 in Somerville, ME (or the area of). Thanks to Mack505 for the tip on this truck!! The only markings on it besides “Ladder 1” were a Massachusetts Inspection Sticker. After a little research I believe this truck is the former Barnstable, MA/Ashland, MA Ladder maybe Howie could confirm this? Relics - Guest - 08-29-2007 Sure looks like it! Don't forget to add Medway to that list of departments... Relics - Marc - 08-29-2007
Found in NJ advertising
I believe that this old ALF tiller is a former Philly FD rig. It was on the back page of an issue of Fire Apparatus Journal Magazine a few years ago. Relics - Guest - 08-31-2007 This is one of our parts trucks, but since it's bound to become an engine donor for someone else, it's almost a relic. We're putting as much of it to use as we can. 1952 American LaFrance 700 Series Engine Kurtz, Indiana 1000 G.P.M. Pump Model No. 710-PJC Registered No. L-4643 Relics - tcosgrovejones - 09-03-2007 Found this yesterday riding around North Carolina. One appears to be a 41 Chevy with a Oren Hose Body . It is parked behind the fire house.
