The landmark there is Rocher Perce (Perce Rock). This shot taken a little bit north of the fishing village of Cheticamp - a nice town to stay in; go for a whale watch with Cal while you're there! During the summer, trade stories with his first mate, Schofield - a retired Depty Chief from Mass. (Fort Devens & Westfield AFB). Although the "Mile Long" Corn lot in Clayton was well populated with Geese of the Great White North variety as is typical this time of year. This gaggle was coming in for a landing and breakfast left behind by the hurried farmers who chopped the field a few weeks ago. |
