Can a former Maryland guy get a brief run down on how the Carroll County ATR team works and what equipment is carried on the rig that isn't carried on a typical heavy rescue?

Im not exactly sure of what is carried on this unit, But I know they have and identicle one for The Haz Mat Team.

Yes the county is all volunteer but we have a volunteer Hazmat team which most of the team members come from different companies in the county. They mostly respond in their company utility units.
