Found some old Maryland slides. Orchard Beach, Anne Arundel Co, once owned this 1956 Mack B 750/500 which ran as Eng 113.

Finally, this obviously privately-owned (so why are the two guys in the seat in uniform?) Mack apparently once-belonged to the Bethlehem Steel Sparrows Point plant in Baltimore Co. It is a 1948 Mack 500/400.

In post 949 that is the 1953 Mack. (#1) the 1950 Mack was #2, Is that Ken Bush driving and Chuck Gandy in the offcer seat?

That is the Westbrooks from Dundalk Maryland. They were known for having a few fire engines. They were known as the Westbrook Fire Protection. They wore uniforms and all during parades. Just buffs thats all

During the latter part of my Air Force career, I went on several temporary duty assignments from Maryland to the south. Occasionally, I would try to find some fire apparatus! Thus the following posts.



Euless, TX Eng 1 was a 1981 Mack CF 1000/500.

I spent several weeks in 1985 at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS. Biloxi Eng 3 back then was this 1966/84 Mack C/Emergency One 1250/500.
